We’re hiring a Growth Product Lead to build and own Roon’s growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. This is not a traditional marketing or product role.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, AI, content, distribution, and go-to-market. One day you might launch an AI-powered referral loop. The next, you might redesign onboarding flows, build outbound systems with custom agents, run experiments on email provider activation, or create entirely new growth channels from scratch.
